Following on from last season when no tries were conceded along the way to winning the cup, u11's maintain the record and qualify for the finals next

1. Oakham won 2-0

Harborough started quickly in their first game and were very physical in the tackle area with Shay Harley and Sam Bullock in particular putting in some huge hits. The scrum was a very dominant area and the first score came from a win against the head and quick ball followed with Henry Bellamy getting the ball out straight to Tyler Smith who in typical fashion went through the middle of the Oakham back line to score the first try. George Hallam went very close from a drive to the line as Harborough were pushing for their second try. HT 1-0.

The second half started in similar fashion with Harborough again strong in the contact area. Winger Jake Sterland had a couple of good runs and from one of these the ball was recycled well by Matthew Liddle and the ball was then sent down the back line by Henry Joule to Dom Alston who fed Tyler Smith who finished well in the far corner for the second try.

2. South Leicester won 2-0

Harborough were determined to perform against arch rivals South Leicester who always play a good tactical and astute kicking game. Max Marriott Clarke excelled under the high ball and caught well on at least 3 occasions and offloaded well to give Billy Stamp Ellam the chance to have a strong run early in the half. Harborough were dominant again up front with Zack Green, Sam Bullock and Mathew Liddle all to the fore and in winning the battle in a ruck the ball was quickly spun out by Henry Bellamy to Joey Stamp who went forward and offloaded well to Jake Sterland who put in a determined finish to go over for the first try of the game. Quickly after the restart Harborough went on the attack again and Shay Harley took the ball into the ruck and the ball was quickly and perfectly sent down the back line via Bellamy, Joule, Stamp and Tyler Smith who then put Tom Kemp away for the try of the day that had the coaches in raptures on the sidelines! HT 2-0.

Changes were made at half time and South Leicester came back well but Harborough were determined to keep their 2 0 lead with Stanley Cockerill putting in some intelligent defensive kicks when. Harborough were defending their line. The tackle of the day came from Henry Bellamy who was fearless in knocking over someone considerably bigger than him, but Sam Bullock, Billy Stamp Ellam and Dom Alston also showed great bravery and technique in the tackle area. The game finished with Harborough holding on to their half time lead without conceding.
