MH Hare & Warriors welcomed 2 teams from ONs U11s to a very wet home fixture.
These conditions did not deter the 2 determined MH squads in what would prove to be a very successful morning of rugby. ONs fielded 2 large & very capable teams, displaying some good periods of rucking & open play.
Despite ONs efforts they encountered MH players who were committed to play open, handling & fast placed rugby – they were also determined to play as a team & for each other.
The Hares & Warriors never gave up & continued to tackle & attack with equal ferocity. All games were hard fought & close affairs but the MH teams came away victorious in all 4 games.
An indictment to the level rugby displayed by the MH Hares & Warriors was the ONs lead coach citing some of the best rugby he had seen this season.
