U7 Rascals reach the final

The Rascals entered their first Market Harborough festival coming up against new teams from across the East Midlands. Some teams wielding a vastly more physical approach to tag rugby than had previously been encountered. Undaunted by this some great running rugby and tireless tagging saw them through to the final seeing off Barker Butts, Hinckley, Rushden2, and Kenilworth along the way.

A close fought final saw Rushden1 pip the Rascals 11-9. Many thanks to all visiting clubs, parents and grandparents for their great support on the sidelines in such glorious conditions.

Collective scores for the tournament were, Marcus Southwell 15, Harry Fleet 8, Fergus Hanna 7, Arlo Gilligan 4, Alfie Marlow 3, and Reuben Bailey 2.
