The U15s travelled to Ashby RFC for the second round of the County Cup.
Finding ourselves 5 points down very quickly the team came back and exerted pressure on the home team which resulted in us being awarded a penalty for off side. Mrytnek grasping the opportunity to make to score 5-3 through a kick which bisected the uprights. Unfortunately minor errors in Harborough's play saw the home team maximise their advantage and score a further three tries before the whistle blew for half time with the score being 24-3.
From the start of the second half Harborough refused to drop their heads and instead showed how they could play with flair and line speed; and this showed in the score in the second half being equal at one try each. Harborough's Van Amersfoort finishing of a great try which was then converted by Mrytnek.
The final whistle blew with the score being 29-10 to the opposition.
