U15s v Tamworth

For the first five mins we had run of the ball. Finally Tamworth made their first attack but good defence from Harborough caused turn over ball and Harborough made most of the opportunity with a try for Tunneycliff.

Tamworth came straight back crossing the line and converting meaning the score stood at 7-5.

After a long period of play with no real advantage of either side, finally a pick up and run by Pope broke their line in the corner

The half time whistle was blown with the scores 7-10.

The second half started as the first ended with no real dominance by either side and errors being made by both. Finally the break came with Tamworth scoring but not converting.

Tamworth then scored again out wide whilst both teams adjusted a being one down on the pitch but this time they did manage to get it over the bar meaning the score stood at 19-10.

With the game continuing to be very equal, despite some bits of excellent play the errors continued to challenge both sides.

Another try for Tamworth, due to a hole in what was usually a great defence was converted again, caused Harborough to suddenly step up the style and skill with arguably the best rugby try of the game. Pollard crossing the whitewash in the far corner. Unfortunately to far out again for kicking success and the final whistle blew at 26-15.
