A largely full strength squad tidied up after a scrappy start with Ross Primrose scoring with a ball from the base of a scrum. Will Hallam got into his rhythm with a first conversion. Next to score was Harry Grimmett with a break from his own half. Hallam again converted.
Ed Duggan, playing against his former club, was dangerous on the right wing, making the next score for Henry Povoas. Hallam added the conversion. The handling was coming together and some quick ball saw Max Dalby grab his first. Before the half was done, there were further scores from Will Nijjer and Will Hallam, putting Harborough out of sight.
South Leicester opted to continue and really came back in the second half. They have a flying centre who put in two quick tries at the start of the half. Povoas made a series of trademark powerful breaks, with the South Leicester centre also scoring again. Despite losing three tries in the second half, Harborough still ran away with a win
