U8's report v Olney

Sunday saw the return match of Olney for the Joules cup. The under 8's Menaces consisting of Oliver Barbosa, Ned Bellamy, Josh Brambini-Meadows, Max Fletcher, Carys Hamilton, Thomas Buxton, Edward Bradnam and Oliver Mason. The Menaces played three matches against Olney. The first match was a tightly fought game with great defensive work from both teams with 2 tries for Bellamy and a try for Fletcher resulting in a win 3-2. The second game after numerous warnings from the referee with regards to running after they had been tacked resulting in a turn over ball award to the Menaces. Tries came from Bellamy and 2 tries from Bradnum resulting in a 3-2 win to the Menaces. The final game the Menaces won 4-3 with tries coming from Buxton, Bellamy and Bradnam. A great result for the menaces.
