The forwards were a lot quicker to the breakdown than their Hinckley counterparts allowing them to pick and drive in to space or give the backs good quick ball. When they were beaten to the ball by their larger opponents good low body position allowed them to get under the opposition and counterruck the ball back on to their side, starving Hinckley of any possession. The tries where soon to start flowing.

Forwards Ben Holland and Sam Eveleigh scored the first two. Tim Gorman-Powell scored the third from a flowing move that saw the fullback score out wide. Ollie Tyler next on the score sheet with a pick up from the back of a scrum, converted by Tim GP. Tim GP then scored the fifth, this time picking a fine line through the midfield, Taran Mann converted.

The second half continued in the same vain. Taran Mann, Sam E, Ben H, Ollie Tyler and Harry Glynn scoring, Harry's try being the pick following some good play in the backs and a deft offload from Taran to put Harry clear.

FT 54 - 0

A good performance from the whole team, The forwards really set the benchmark for the rest the season in the way they got around the pitch.
